AiZaply is a product of DigiDanz LLC (“DigiDanz”, “we”, “us”). We build secure, thoughtful technology that helps people stay organized, collaborate smoothly, and live better through practical innovation.

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the AiZaply mobile and web application. It explains what information we collect within AiZaply, how we use it, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

• Account information you provide (for example: email address and nickname).
• User content you create or store in the app (task lists, tasks, comments, and related collaboration content).
• AI feature inputs you choose to submit when using AI-assisted features (used to generate suggestions).
• Basic technical data (such as app version and device information) needed for reliability, troubleshooting, and support.

How We Use Information

• To provide core app functionality (saving, syncing, and sharing tasks).
• To enable collaboration features (sharing lists, assignments, and comments).
• To operate, maintain, and improve performance, stability, and user experience.
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
• To manage subscription status and access to Pro features (if applicable).

Advertising & Children

• AiZaply does not display third-party ads by default. If we introduce ads in the future, we will update this policy and our Google Play disclosures.
• AiZaply is not directed to children under 13.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate the app (for example: cloud hosting, email delivery, payments, and AI services).
• These providers are required to protect your data and use it only to provide services on our behalf.
• If you share a task list with another user, the content you share becomes visible to those users based on your sharing settings.

Service Providers We Use

We use trusted service providers to operate AiZaply. They are permitted to process data only to provide services on our behalf and must protect it.

• Supabase (database, authentication, and app backend services).
• Email delivery (to send support or service-related messages, when applicable).
• Payments (for subscriptions and Pro access, when applicable, such as Google Play Billing and/or PayPal).
• AI services (only when you use AI features; inputs are processed solely to generate requested suggestions and are not used to identify you).

AI Transparency

• AiZaply may generate AI-based task suggestions to support productivity.
• AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or inappropriate and should be reviewed before use.
• Use the in-app “Report AI Content” option or contact support if you encounter problematic AI content.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers used to operate AiZaply. Depending on your location and our service providers, data may be processed in other countries. We take steps designed to protect data wherever it is processed.

Retention & Security

• We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the app and for legitimate business purposes (such as support and security).
• We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data.
• Data transmitted between the app and our services is protected using industry-standard encryption in transit (where supported by the connection).

Your Choices

• You can update your profile and manage your tasks within the app.
• You can delete tasks and lists you no longer wish to keep.
• You may request account or data deletion by following the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

You can request deletion of your AiZaply account and associated data at any time.

1. Email us at support@digidanz.com
2. Use the subject line: Account deletion request — AiZaply
3. Include the email address associated with your account and your nickname (if known).
4. We will verify the request and permanently delete your account data (including your task lists, tasks, and collaboration content) within 30 days. We may retain limited records if required for legal, security, or billing purposes (for example, subscription/payment records).

Website Analytics & Cookies

The DigiDanz website may use limited cookies or analytics tools to understand site performance, diagnose issues, and improve content. When used, this information is processed in an aggregated manner and is not intended to directly identify individual users.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and post the revised policy here.
