Getting started

How do I create my first task list?

Tap Create New List at the top of Home, enter a name, and confirm. Your new list appears immediately.

How do I add tasks to a list?
  • Type in Add a task… and tap +.
  • Or tap AI Assist to generate a set of tasks from a goal (e.g., “Plan a weekend in Paris”).
Can I break big goals into smaller steps?

Yes. Open a task and tap AI Subtasks to get clear, doable steps you can edit or remove.

Lists & tasks

How do I set due dates, reminders, or comments?

Open a task → set a due date, add comments or emoji reactions, and assign an owner.

Can tasks include places or maps?

Yes. Add a place to a task to see a static map preview and quick context.

AI features

What should I ask the AI?

Describe the outcome (“Move apartments in July”) or the goal (“Plan Paris weekend”). AiZaply suggests tasks and subtasks you can tweak.

Sharing & collaboration

How do I share a list with others?

Open a list → Share → invite by email. Choose roles to control who can view or edit.

Can I assign tasks to people?

Yes. Open a task → Assign → pick a collaborator on that list.

What permissions do shared members have?

Owners manage membership & settings; Editors add/complete tasks & comments; Viewers can read without changes.

Multi-device & sync

Does AiZaply sync across devices?

Yes. Sign into the same AiZaply account on each device—your lists stay in sync.

Can I use the same account on multiple devices?

Yes. Multiple devices per account are supported.

Plans, trials, and Pro

What are the free trial limits?
  • During trial: reminder at 3 active lists, hard cap 10 total created.
  • After trial (free): hard cap 3 active lists.
What do I get with Pro?

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Open the Upgrade page in the app and choose a plan. Purchases are handled by your app store.

Purchases & restore

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open Upgrade → tap Restore purchases. Make sure the device is signed into the same app-store account that originally purchased AiZaply.

“Purchase belongs to another account” — what does this mean?

The app-store account on the device owns Pro, but it’s linked to a different AiZaply user. Sign in with that user or switch the device’s app-store account, then restore.

It says “subscription not active.”

Your store subscription may be expired, canceled, or paused. Re-subscribe in the app store, then tap Restore again.

Account & security

I didn’t receive the verification code (OTP).

Check spam, wait a minute, then request a new code. If issues persist, confirm the email address and retry.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the steps.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is synced securely to the cloud and available when you sign in on another device.

Troubleshooting

I updated but don’t see new features.

Open your app store and ensure the latest version is installed. On Android, if the device keeps installing an old build, clear Play Store cache and update again.

I can’t find the Upgrade option.

If you’re Pro, the menu shows Manage / Restore Subscription instead of Upgrade.
