AI-Generated Content

Certain DigiDanz products, including AiZaply, may use artificial intelligence to generate task suggestions, subtasks, descriptions, summaries, or other productivity-related content.

  • AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only.
  • AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not suitable for your specific situation.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use AI-generated output.
  • AI-generated content should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

User Content

You retain ownership of the tasks, comments, notes, plans, and other content you create or store within our Services.

By using the Services, you grant DigiDanz a limited permission to store, process, synchronize, transmit, display, and back up your content as necessary to provide app functionality, including sharing, collaboration, cloud synchronization, support, and AI-related features you choose to use.

Sharing and Collaboration

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain DigiDanz products may offer optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or other paid plans.

For AiZaply, available subscription plans currently include:

  • AiZaply Pro Monthly — subscription period of one month.
  • AiZaply Pro Annual — subscription period of one year.
  • Subscription prices are displayed within the applicable marketplace before purchase.
  • Payment is processed through the marketplace where you purchase the subscription, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription management settings of the marketplace where the purchase was made.
  • Access to premium features may end when a subscription expires, is canceled, or payment cannot be completed.

Refunds and Cancellations

Subscription purchases, cancellations, and refund requests are generally handled by the marketplace where the purchase was made, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please refer to the applicable marketplace policies and account settings for managing subscriptions or requesting refunds.

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, documentation, and other materials provided by DigiDanz remain the property of DigiDanz LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our Services except as permitted by applicable law.
